Privacy Policy
Techresque is designed to collect as little personal data as practical.
1. Who controls your data
The operator of Techresque is the data controller/data fiduciary for personal information it directly decides to collect. A monitored public contact address must be configured before public launch; see Contact.
2. Information we may process
- Technical request data: IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps, requested pages and security-related request information may be processed by our hosting/CDN provider to deliver and protect the site.
- Information you send us: if you contact us, we may process your name, email address, message and any information you voluntarily include.
- Local preference data: your browser may store a small value locally so the privacy notice does not keep reappearing.
3. Why we use it
We use personal information only for legitimate site operation, security, responding to requests, maintaining records where necessary, and complying with legal obligations. Where consent is legally required for a future optional feature, that feature should remain off until valid consent is obtained.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Techresque currently does not use analytics or behavioural-advertising cookies. See the Cookie Policy. If we later add analytics, ads, embedded media or other non-essential tracking, this policy and the consent controls must be updated before those technologies are activated where required by law.
5. Service providers and transfers
Hosting/CDN and security providers may process technical request data on our behalf or under their own legal obligations. Their infrastructure may operate in more than one country. If we add other processors, we will update this notice and use appropriate contractual or legal transfer safeguards where required.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution or security. Technical logs controlled by hosting providers are retained according to provider settings and policies; Techresque does not intentionally create a separate long-term browsing profile from those logs.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain information about your personal data, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Where Indian data-protection rights apply, requests will be handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and rules as they become applicable. Where EU/EEA or California law applies, applicable statutory rights will be respected.
8. California disclosures
Techresque does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not knowingly use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger a right to limit use. If our practices change, we will add any legally required opt-out mechanisms and notices.
9. Children
Techresque is a general-audience informational site and does not knowingly solicit personal data from children. If you are a child under the law that applies to you, do not send personal information without the involvement of a parent or guardian where required.
10. Security
We use HTTPS through our hosting provider and apply browser security headers. No website can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending passwords, payment data, government identifiers or other sensitive information through ordinary contact messages.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when the site, service providers or applicable law changes. The effective/review date above will be updated for material changes.
